Christian Community Sports

The Christian Community is a fellowship of believers in the Raleigh, North Carolina, area. As a homeschooling dad for over 13 years, my family has come to cherish the closeness and relational discipleship that is nurtured in a homeschool setting. It has been my passion and vision to pastor a fellowship that fosters relationships of this quality between other believers and their families. We offer our fellowship as an alternative to the Sunday morning service most of us grew up attending. We've discovered that it is often more meaningful to just meet with a few Christians in a simplified manner than it is to attend a well-planned worship service where interaction with one another is often minimized, if not nullified. Those close relationships are the core of the church and should be strengthened every time we meet. We are also dedicated toward strengthening the relationships within families and defend the institution of marriage as sacred to the church. Because the holy relationship of a man and woman is a vital part of their sanctification, a church is no more stable than the marriages within. When a man and woman are determined to have a godly marriage, they will not only provide a strong spiritual covering for their children, but also develop in themselves the spiritual maturity and emotional stability that will strengthen others in the body of believers. ...
