NEW YORK, May 06, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hohmann & Barnard, Inc. ("H&B"), the leading manufacturer of
reinforcement, anchoring systems and accessories for masonry and
stone, has been acquired by MiTek, Inc. ("MiTek"), a subsidiary of
Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. (NYSE:BRK-A). MiTek is the
world's leading supplier of state-of-the-art engineered connector
products, equipment, software and services for the building components
industry.
Citi Capital Strategies ("CCS"), a leading provider of investment

financial advisor to H&B. The terms of the transaction were not
disclosed.
