Automated Options, Inc

Our history began in 1989 with the formation of Northwest Accounting Group in Spokane, Washington. Services included support for Solomon Accounting Software. We changed our name to Automated Options in 1991 to indicate a shift from pure accounting support to support for computer systems and point-of-sale applications. 1994 saw a further shift to provide full support to the increasingly complex networks needed to support more sophisticated accounting solutions. 1994 also saw the introduction of Windows accounting with the rollout of Solomon IV. We have concentrated on that product and watched it grow to a prominent position worldwide. The Solomon merger with Great Plains and later Microsoft have allowed us to broaden our product offerings while keeping our focus on quality. We intend to continue to provide world class support to our clients as the power of Microsoft and the internet takes us into the 21st century.
