Jay Z's Rental Home
Rapper Jay Z, the president and C.E.O. of Def Jam and Roc-A-Fella Records, and his popstar girlfriend, Beyonce Knowles, have rented a Hamptons house for two weeks. Price: $150,000. According to an insider, the hip-hop couple rented a big modern house on Hildreth Lane, north of the highway in Sagaponack, near the Wolffer Estate Vineyard. They've got a staff of 15 catering to their every whim and a 1950s Rolls Royce parked out front that was Jay Z's recent birthday gift to Beyonce. Jay Z, born Shawn Corey Carter also co-owns The 40/40 Club in New York, and is co-owner of the New Jersey Nets NBA team.
