There's nothing like getting divorced to encourage a particularly private millionaire to open up his mansion on Meadow Lane in Southampton for a big party.

Last Saturday night, Michael Fuchs, co-founder with Aby Rosen of RFR Holdings LLC, (a real estate company with an impressive portfolio including the landmark Seagram Building and Lever House in New York and the headquarter building of the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Germany) hosted the after-party for a screening of "Fierce People" at his beautiful home on the bay in Southampton.

The invitation, sent out by Cinema Society founder Andrew Saffir and host, Griffin Dunne, didn't mention the owner of the house, but Fuchs was happily enjoying playing host at a decidedly swanky affair. The gossip at the event --which drew Howard Stern, Dan Abrams from MSNBC, Heather Graham, and Donny Deutsch--was that Fuchs had recently divorced his longtime wife, Cris, an avid art collector, and was now back on the market.
