Liz Robbins, above, the president of an eponymous Washington lobbying and public affairs firm, sold her oceanfront home in East Hampton to Leslie Alexander, the owner of the Houston Rockets N.B.A. team for $15.5 million. (Brokers: Bryan Midlam and Raymond Smith, Prudential Douglas Elliman).
According to the Forbes 2006 Richest Americans list, Alexander (rank #322) is worth $1.32 billion.
