Beauty-salon company Regis spent $1.3 million in the fiscal year ended June 30 on hair products from Beautopia, owned by David Kunin, son of Regis vice chairman Myron Kunin. Timothy Kunin, another of Myron's sons, received $309,938 for magazines sold to the salons.

Qualcomm C.E.O. Paul Jacobs, son of company co-founder Irwin Jacobs, made $2.66 million last year, more than double his 2005 total. Paul's brother Jeffrey, a division president for the telecom firm, made $693,471, a 43 percent increase.

S.L. Green Realty, the largest owner of Manhattan office space, paid $13.6 million in 2006 for cleaning and extermination services to a company owned by Gary Green, son of the realty group's chairman, Stephen L. Green.

Julie Mulligan, sister of 1-800-Flowers.com C.E.O. Jim McCann, was paid $335,930 in 2006 for her role as an "expert designer" for the New York-based company.
