Fred Schruers

Fred Schruers most recently worked at Premiere magazine, where he had been a senior editor in the West Coast bureau since 2001. At Premiere, he covered film production and the film industry’s elite as part of the team that compiled the annual Power List, which ranks Hollywood’s most influential players. Schruers was also, for more than a decade, a contributing editor at Rolling Stone, where he focused on film, music, sports, and television.

Schruers’ work has appeared in various newspapers and magazines, including the Independent, in London; the Los Angeles Times; the Washington Post; GQ; British Esquire; Total Film; and Los Angeles.
